Bespoke support

Tailored to my personal needs

During the Tamhnach Journey process participants are supported on four levels:

Facilitators:

Experienced Tamhnach facilitators lead our wisdom circles. Our facilitators have deep personal experiences with life challenges, professional experience in business or as therapists, are fully trained in the Tamhnach way, and subscribe to the Tamhnach ethics and code of conduct.

Mentoring:

One-on-one sessions with an experienced mentor is incorporated in the process and will take place at certain points in the journey. These sessions will serve as reality 'checkpoints', will be motivational, allow for red flagging, or highlight a need for outside help.

More leaders:

Participants who have completed the Tamhnach Journey process may be invited and if interested in do so, will be supported to lead localised wisdom circles. These circles will provide ongoing support to Tamhnach 'journey explorers'.

Therapy and life guidance:

In line with Tamhnach's vision to create a 'place of quiet and counsel', we provide the 'counsel' aspect in co-operation with a team of like-spirited experts in the various fields of holistic living. Access to a suitable therapist/practitioner can be facilitated.
