Emotional Wisdom
I identify, understand and interact with my emotions, even in the heat of the moment. I deal with situations and can guide others to similar wisdom.
Emotional wisdom is the third Tamhnach Journey based on the foundation of Wonder.
In the Emotional wisdom circle Tamhnach aims to create awareness:

Connecting with emotions as they happen;

How emotions can effect my health;

Relations between thoughts and emotions;

What it means to be mindful and present;
-
The need to let go of issues, hurts, or feelings of guilt.

Reflect on feelings in real-time as to their origins and effects;

Be more sensitive to the feelings of others and effects on others;
-
Understand the importance of emotions as an internal guidance system;
-
Feel good about themselves;
-
Allow time for emotional wellbeing.
