Journeys

Why a journey?

I have become so anxious about what the next moment, the next day and month will bring that I have lost touch with my own journey through life. I have become so fixed on the destination that I am unable to be in the moment. And so I grab interventions to help me, fix me; but in the end they only further interrupt the flow of my life journey. Have you heard someone refer to this recently?

The Tamhnach way invites you to regain a sense of your life as a journey of discovery and over time to gently reconnect you with your own rhythm. These journeys invite your Wonder at the amazing process of life unfolding.

A Tamhnach journey

A typical Tamhnach journey departs with a LifeCircle Evaluation. This self-evaluation will highlight areas in your life which you could explore. The journey format has been developed to address aspects of being: vitality, sensuality, joy, sources and ways of accessing ethical power, emotional wisdom, spiritual wisdom, ability to heal and change self and others, and how to lead with renewed insight and capability. Within the overall group process each participant will follow an individual journey - working with the areas highlighted during the self evaluation and clearly signposted by action goals. Such an individual journey will lead to the re-discovering  of wholeness and balance; and an internal oasis within.
